Consent to Personal Data Processing

CONSENT to the processing of personal data

This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Russian version of this document shall prevail.

I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to the Limited Liability Company "EVRO FUDS" (OOO "EVRO FUDS" (LLC "EURO FOODS"), INN 5047077720, OGRN 1065047059450, registered address: 141400, Moscow Region, Khimki, Rabochaya st., 3) (hereinafter — the Operator) to the processing of my personal data in the following manner:

1. LIST OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PROCESSING OF WHICH CONSENT IS GIVEN

I consent to the processing of the following personal data:

  • surname, first name, patronymic (where provided);
  • contact telephone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • the text of my enquiry (review, question, complaint, suggestion).

2. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

My personal data shall be processed solely for the purposes of:

  • providing feedback to me as a consumer (preparing and sending a response to my enquiry, review, question, complaint, or claim);
  • advising me on matters relating to the Operator's products and services;
  • improving the quality of the Operator's products and service (by analysing incoming enquiries in anonymised form).

3. LIST OF ACTIONS PERFORMED WITH PERSONAL DATA

I give my consent to the Operator performing the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision of access) to the Operator's employees directly involved in preparing the response, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The processing of personal data shall be carried out both with the use of automation means and without the use of such means (on paper media).

4. TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE CONSENT

This consent shall be valid for 1 (one) year from the moment I submit an enquiry through the Operator's website.

Upon expiry of the specified term, my personal data shall be subject to anonymisation or destruction, unless a different term is established by a contract or by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

I have been informed that this consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written application to the Operator at the address: 141400, Moscow Region, Khimki, Rabochaya st., 3, or by e-mail to: pd@euro-foods.ru.

In the event of my withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall be obliged to cease the processing of my personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

6. CONFIRMATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Operator's official website at: www.euro-foods.ru/policy. The provisions of the Policy are clear to me.

The rights and obligations of the Operator and of the personal data subject in the field of personal data protection have been explained to me.

Confirmation of consent:
